Call from the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to all Dutch citizens >18 years old living in the Czech Republic:

Their Majesties King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima will pay a state visit to the Czech Republic on 4 and 5 June.

During the state visit, a meeting with the Royal Couple and the Dutch community will be organised on Thursday 5 June in the afternoon.

Are you interested in attending this meeting? Then we kindly ask you to register via the link below and fill in a number of questions.

The deadline for registration is 5 May 2025.

Due to a limited number of places, a draw will be held.

Those who have been selected will be notified of this no later than Monday 19 May.

If you have not received a response from the embassy by that date, this means that you have unfortunately not been selected.

Nederlandse Ambassade Tsjechië - oproep

Oproep aan alle in Tsjechië woonachtige Nederlanders >18 jaar:

Hunne Majesteiten Koning Willem-Alexander en Koningin Máxima brengen op 4 en 5 juni een staatsbezoek aan Tsjechië.

Tijdens het staatsbezoek zal er op donderdag 5 juni  in de middag een ontmoeting met het Koninklijk Paar en de Nederlandse gemeenschap worden georganiseerd.

Heeft u interesse om deze ontmoeting bij te wonen? Dan vragen we u vriendelijk om via de onderstaande link te registreren en een aantal vragen in te vullen.

Uiterste datum voor registratie is 5 mei 2025.

Vanwege een beperkt aantal plaatsen zal er een loting worden verricht.

Diegenen die zijn ingeloot krijgen hiervan uiterlijk maandag 19 mei bericht.

Mocht u op die datum geen reactie hebben ontvangen van de ambassade dan betekent dit dat u helaas niet bent ingeloot. Wij zien uw aanmelding graag tegemoet.

By registering for this event, I hereby CONSENT to the capturing of my pictures and/or audio-visual recordings at NCCC-organized events. This includes the use of pictures and/or audio-visual recordings taken/shot and edited by an external professional photographer. I understand and agree that these pictures and/or audio-visual recordings may be published in the NCCC's promotional materials, newsletters, presentations, websites, and social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) for marketing purposes.

Additionally, by registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following no-show fee policy, that applies to both members and non-members of the NCCC Traders by Nature.

For free events, a no-show fee of 400,- CZK excl. VAT will be charged for non-attendance in case of no prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
For paid events, a no-show fee equivalent to 40% of the ticket price will be charged for non-attendance without prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
Exceptions to the no-show fee policy apply if I inform the NCCC at least 48 hours before the event start time that:

I will not be able to attend, or I have nominated another person to attend in my place, providing their name and contact email address to the NCCC.
