Czech Cuisine Cooking Lesson

12 March was devoted to this year’s first cooking lesson. This time, we learnt how to prepare the popular beef sirloin in cream sauce and Carlsbad dumplings as the main dish. Other temptations were the traditional potato soup and a delicious apple strudel as a dessert.
Thanks to the relaxed atmosphere and fine food, it was again an enjoyable event, so no wonder that we already look forward to another cooking lesson. Many thanks to the angelo Hotel for great cooperation!
