It’s European mobility week! More than 2000 cities in 43 countries are organizing activities for a more sustainable mobility culture. To show our support to these events, the Embassies of the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg in Prague joined their forces and invite you for an extraordinary event.

On Sunday 22 September, the International car–free day, the first BeNeLux Bike Ride will take place in Prague. The only thing you have to do is print out the invitation card, bring your bike in front of the Faust House at Karlovo Náměstí 40 before 2pm and from that time until 3.30pm collect stamps at the three checkpoints – the Embassies of Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands. You can also collect the invitation card at 2pm at Karlovo Náměstí, from where the ambassadors will ride their bikes along their offices. You are free to join them on their route or take your own. At the end of the ride at the Embassy of the Netherlands (from 3.30pm-5.00pm), there will be a closing event with a drink and a bite. Participants who present all the three stamps on the invitation card are all invited.

For those who don´t have a bike, we just agreed on a special deal for you with Okolo Bike Rent Prague. You can rent a bike there from 11am for 100 czk only. The bike has to be returned by 7pm. Just say you are a participant of the Benelux bike ride.

By registering for this event, I hereby CONSENT to the capturing of my pictures and/or audio-visual recordings at NCCC-organized events. This includes the use of pictures and/or audio-visual recordings taken/shot and edited by an external professional photographer. I understand and agree that these pictures and/or audio-visual recordings may be published in the NCCC's promotional materials, newsletters, presentations, websites, and social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) for marketing purposes.

Additionally, by registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following no-show fee policy, that applies to both members and non-members of the NCCC Traders by Nature.

For free events, a no-show fee of 400,- CZK excl. VAT will be charged for non-attendance in case of no prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
For paid events, a no-show fee equivalent to 40% of the ticket price will be charged for non-attendance without prior notification to the NCCC at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
Exceptions to the no-show fee policy apply if I inform the NCCC at least 48 hours before the event start time that:

I will not be able to attend, or I have nominated another person to attend in my place, providing their name and contact email address to the NCCC.
