CTP has been announced as the Czech national partner at EXPO 2025, which will be hosted by Osaka, Japan next year. Based on the signed memorandum, the Business Lounge on the roof of the Czech national pavilion will be renamed the CTP Lounge.
The EXPO will be held in Osaka for the second time. Japan's third largest city hosted the EXPO as early as 1970. The theme then was Progress for Humanity and this year's organisers are building on more than 50 years of history. The motto of the current edition is "Designing Future Society for Our Lives" and its aim is to seek collaborative solutions to today's global challenges using modern technology. EXPO is intended to provide a platform for opportunities to link knowledge, new technologies and relevant people in their respective fields, giving them the opportunity to share their approaches and find appropriate solutions. That is why the Czech Republic is looking for partnerships with companies that are progressive and where modern technology is part of their daily work.
"I am delighted that today we can announce our cooperation with such an important partner. We greatly appreciate this interest and support the company's activities towards Japan. CTP is currently very active in sustainable construction and this cooperation can play a key role in attracting foreign investors to the Czech Republic. This is one of the goals of the Czech participation in the world exhibition," says Ondřej Soška, General Commissioner of the Czech participation in EXPO 2025.
