CTP Welcomes Jaroslav Kaizr as New Director of Business Development

CTP is proud to announce that Mr. Jaroslav Kaizr will be joining CTP in May as part of the management team to help fulfill CTP's business plan."I believe Jaroslav Kaizr is one of the most experienced professionals within the central Europe industrial market. With over 10 years of experience and strong qualifications, we believe Jaroslav will add value to CTP's management team in particular through the development of new projects in the region of Prague where CTP has recently made strategic acquisitions," said CEO Remon Vos.

In 2003, Mr. Kaizr received a Master's degree from the University of Economics in Prague in the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, and joined the industrial team in the Prague branch of international real estate advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) the same year. Jaroslav completed his Master's degree from Sheffield Hallam University in 2009, at the Faculty of Real Estate Investment and Management. He became a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2010, and from 2013 he has been a member of the board of RICS in the Czech Republic. In 2009 Jaroslav became Partner at C&W responsible for the industrial letting teams in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

In his free time, Jaroslav is active in tennis, golf, running and he enjoys riding a motorbike. He is interested in movies and likes reading sci-fi.
