CTP Breaks Ground in Retail
CTP launched the development of the newest retail park in Brno in the highly sought-after location on the Brno—Bratislava highway, directly across from the established Olympia shopping centre. The project is planned for sports, grocers, furniture, DIY as well as food service retailers which will complement the nearby shopping centre.
The 26 hectare site offers 70,000 m2 of lettable space, of which 25,000 m2 is already secured. Construction began in June for leading sports retailer, Decathalon, with expected completion in late October this year. CTP expects the retail park to be fully completed by end 2015.

“We believe the project will be a success due to the tested location, superior visibility and accessibility, and because of the complementary mix of stores. We believe the retail park is ideal for both retailers and shoppers, who will now have greater choice and convenience,” said Tomáš Budař, CTP Regional Director for South Moravia.

CTP is a full-service property developer specialising in the design, construction and management of custom-built, premium-class business properties for lease in the Czech Republic and throughout Central Europe.
